Background

This idea was inspired by my own experience when I studied at Monash University as an exchange student. I thought about how to make new friends when I just came to Australia. The idea that Chinese international students may get to know each other by cooking and eating together because I discovered that some of them cooked together at home in order to save money and eating together is a very common social way in Chinese culture.

IF creates a new social possibility, making friends through cooking. It is an application that allows international Chinese students to find someone who enjoys the same food as them. So they can cook together and share, helping them make new friends. This application makes them feel more at home in Australia.
